Ashes of the singularity escalation background, Today’s update for Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation, the enormous RTS from Stardock, is available. Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation v2.3 enhances the gameplay with a new storyline, more ships, and balance changes.

The update introduces two Juggernaut-class brutes who may level up forever and get benefits to their health and damage with each new level.

The PHC ship Leonidas has an extraordinarily potent weapon that can destroy Dreadnoughts. The Substrate receives The Nest of the Queen, a ship with the ability to call in a force of frigates to assist it.

In a statement, Stardock CEO Brad Wardell said, “We’re incredibly happy to debut the Juggernauts. Fans of the game have been asking about them since we teased them several months ago, and we know these won’t disappoint them. You won’t find these vessels in rapid matches because they are expensive to build, but the expense is justified. Once one of these individuals enters the battlefield, it takes some considerable firepower to stop them.

Stardock claims that it has enhanced the challenge of the highest difficulty level to “satisfy more skilled gamers,” so that definitely doesn’t include me. The new campaign, Genesis, continues the Ashes tale and comes with six missions.

Additionally, Stardock has adjusted the earlier campaigns. Missions now include ships and orbitals that weren’t previously available, and the terrain and AI have also been upgraded.
