Robert Kraft hopes that Tom Brady will finish his career with the Patriots. The owner of the New England Patriots, Robert Kraft, is hoping that quarterback Tom Brady will re-sign with the team for just one more season so that Brady may bring a conclusion to his historic career with the organization that drafted him 23 years ago.

In an interview on Thursday, Patriots owner Robert Kraft stated, “We will do everything in our ability to bring him back, have him sign off as a Patriot.”

After 23 seasons, Brady, primarily regarded as the best quarterback in the history of the National Football League, announced his retirement on Wednesday. He had previously stated that he would retire the previous year, but he played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for one more season.

In a video uploaded to Twitter, Brady announced that this time it would be “for good” that he would be retiring. After finishing his record-breaking career with his first season with a losing record, the seven-time Super Bowl winner has decided to retire.

“Not only do I want it, but our fans are begging for it,” Kraft stated about the trade. In our eyes, he is, has been, and will continue to be a Patriot forever.

A Brady spokeswoman waited to react to a request for comment.

The Patriots selected Brady in the sixth round of the draught in 2000, when Brady was 45 years old, to begin his career in the National Football League. In the end, he guided them to six victories in the Super Bowl while playing for them till 2019. In 2020, he moved on to play with the Buccaneers and went on to win a seventh championship.
