Two people were rescued after falling in a tank full of chocolate in Pennsylvania: After falling into a tank full of chocolate at the Mars M&M factory in Pennsylvania on Thursday, officials were able to rescue two persons who were trapped within the tank.

According to Assistant Supervisor Nick Schoenberger of the Lancaster County 911 Dispatch, both victims were sent to the hospital after being evaluated.

According to Schoenberger had to say, “one patient was transported by land, and one person was transported by helicopter.”

It is unknown how severe their wounds actually are.

According to Brad Wolfe, communications supervisor for Lancaster County 911 dispatch, earlier on Thursday, “Fire crews have eliminated removing them right out of a tank.” He stated that in order to free them, a hole would need to be hacked into the side of the tank.

According to Wolfe, it is unknown how the individuals got themselves into the chocolate tank.

According to Wolfe, there are currently no reports of any injuries have occurred.

A spokeswoman for Mars Wrigley told CNN that the company is “actively managing the situation,” and that their first emphasis is providing assistance to emergency services on site.
