The confirmed headliners for Glastonbury 2024 are Dua Lipa, Coldplay, and Sza. Shania Twain is also a big part of the lineup. Many more artists are featured, including Little Simz, Idles, Avril Lavigne, Jessie Ware, Disclosure, Janelle Monae, Cyndi Lauper, Burna Boy, and Camila Cabello.

It has been revealed that Sza, Coldplay, and Dua Lipa will be the main acts at Glastonbury in 2024.

Superstar of country-pop Shania Twain will take the stage on the festival’s renowned Pyramid Stage for the “legends slot” on Sunday afternoon.

After months of suspense, Glastonbury’s organizers have finally revealed the line-up for this summer’s event.

On the bill with Dua Lipa, Sza, and Twain are female performers such as Little Simz, Avril Lavigne, Jessie Ware, Janelle Monae, Cyndi Lauper, PJ Harvey, and Camila Cabello.

This will be Lipa’s first time performing on the Pyramid Stage, following her appearances at the Brits and Grammys earlier in the year.

According to the organizers, SZA, “possibly the hottest hip-hop/R&B act on the planet,” will also be making her stage debut. On the other hand, Coldplay will be making their fifth headline appearance, having done so in 2002, 2005, 2011, and 2016.

The five-time Grammy Award-winning Canadian singer Twain, whose hits include “Man I Feel Like A Woman,” “You’re Still The One,” and “That Don’t Impress Me Much,” is best known for selling over 100 million records. Recently, Twain posted a video on Instagram announcing that she was preparing her cowboy hat, raincoat, and wellies.

Additionally, Coldplay will make history by being the first act to head the bill five times when they take the 2024 slot, having previously headlined in 2002, 2005, 2011, and 2016. SZA, who is “quite possibly the hottest hip-hop/ R&B act on the planet,” will also be making her debut.

Famous for hits like “Man, I Feel Like a Woman,” “You’re Still The One,” and “That Don’t Impress Me Much,” Canadian singer-songwriter Twain, a five-time Grammy winner, has sold over 100 million records. Recently, she posted a video on Instagram announcing that she was preparing her wellies, raincoat, and cowboy hat.

She wrote, “Another jewel in my crown!” “I’m thrilled and honored to be working on this one! Already considering what to wear… This summer, let’s create history with this ultimate dream show.”

The lineup, which features a strong female lineup, comes after organizers faced backlash for booking an all-male lineup for last year’s event, which included Arctic Monkeys, Guns ‘N’ Roses, and Sir Elton John, who was playing his final UK show.

Which other performers are on the schedule?

Idles, LCD Soundsystem, Michael Kiwanuka, Disclosure, The National, Burna Boy, Bloc Party, Jungle, and Keane are among the other performers confirmed for this year.

The following artists are also on the bill: Arlo Parks, The Last Dinner Party, Olivia Dean, Paloma Faith, Anne-Marie, Nia Archives, Ghetts, Orbital, Two Door Cinema Club, Sampha, Bombay Bicycle Club, Nothing But Thieves, Sugababes, Fontaines DC, and The Streets.

Little Simz shared the Glastonbury poster and stated, “The only festival I’ll be at this summer.” Little Simz is one of the confirmed acts for the Pyramid Stage. On the farm, on the Pyramid. Huge, enormous Glasto, you know, what a wow. I’ll see you there.

“Remarkable Farm. We intend to return.” A “We’re playing Glastonbury” banner was shared by Sugababes, and Lavigne posted a similar picture with the caption, “England, see you in June!”

Organizer Emily Eavis announced that “even more to come over the coming weeks” will be the news.

Furthermore, as the festival is renowned for its ability to pull off surprises, there will undoubtedly be a few surprise acts when it takes place. When tickets for Glastonbury this year went on sale in November, they were all gone in less than an hour. It is anticipated that tickets that are canceled or returned will be resold in April.

The festival is scheduled for June 26–30 and has over 3,000 acts and around 200,000 attendees.
