Mick Jagger, the iconic frontman of the Rolling Stones, delighted fans with a surprise appearance on the latest episode of “Saturday Night Live,” hosted by musician Bad Bunny.

In his first cameo, Jagger spontaneously stepped into a Spanish-language soap opera. He played the role of the character’s father caught in an intense on-screen argument. Bad Bunny, alongside “SNL” cast member Marcello Hernández, was attempting to film a scene where their characters engaged in a heated verbal exchange that escalated into slapping. Jagger, 80, donned a pencil mustache and a stylish cream casual suit for his role, which ended with him playfully slapping both actors in the middle of the chaotic scene. (The fictional production had already faced delays due to a supporting actor who could not speak Spanish, played by Punkie Johnson.)

In another sketch, Jagger took on the unexpected role of a less-than-innocent nun.

Jagger’s “SNL” appearance coincided with the release of the Rolling Stones’ new album, “Hackney Diamonds,” the band’s first album since 2005. The Rolling Stones also excited fans by announcing an upcoming tour in the coming year.

The legendary rock band featuring Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood celebrated their new album with a surprise party in New York on Friday night. The event included a special performance with Lady Gaga, who joined the band on stage to collaborate on their hit “Sweet Sounds of Heaven”.

Lady Gaga herself graced “SNL” with her presence Saturday, introducing Bad Bunny, the episode’s multi-talented host and musical guest.
